Registration can be cancelled up to 7 August 2010 at 24:00 CET. Refunds, minus a 25% handling charge, will be made after the Congress. Cancellations should be addressed in writing to K.I.T Group at ers2010registration@kit-group.org. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 8 August 2010.
Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases. The fee is €40. All changes should be sent in writing to K.I.T Group at: ers2010registration@kit-group.org
Letters for visa formalities and Italian delegates
Official letters to resolve difficulties with visa applications incertain countries will be provided upon request only to delegates whose registration and payment have beenconfirmed. Requests should be made to ersletter@kit-group.org before 10 September 2010.
