All tours are accompanied by an English-speaking guide and are subject to change.

All tours will start and end at Pl. Espanya (next to the Venecian towers- Avda. Maria Cristina).

• Confirmation will be sent on receipt of payment.
• Tour vouchers and receipts will be handed to delegates/accompanying persons at the Sightseeing Tours Desk at the Congress Centre.
• Cancellations of tours are to be made in writing to Viajes Iberia. Tours cancelled after August 13, 2010 cannot be refunded.
• No refund is possible for services included in the tour but not taken. Lost or unused tickets cannot be refunded.

The security of Congress delegates' persons and belongings is of primary concern to ERS both in selection of host city and in subsequent discussion with local officials and police authorities. Barcelona's rate of serious crime is significantly lower than other leading European Congress and business centres. However, petty criminality is rife.

We advise delegates to keep a close eye on their cash, credit cards and other personal belongings AT ALL TIMES - in the Congress centre, in the street, on public transport - and take their possessions with them when they leave the Congress Centre.

It is also recommended not to wear the Congress badge outside the Congress Centre. Further advice will be provided in your Congress 'Welcome Pack', developed in cooperation with local authorities.
